Surplus Historic Kitchen & Interior

This home built in 1811 had a rich history in the town of Duxbury. The barn was at one time the town’s first fire station. We worked with the client to incorporate modern functionality while preserving and honoring this homes rich historic detailing.  Details like wide plank pine flooring, original exposed beam structures, reclaimed architectural elements, and custom reproduction doors and finishes all add to the historic authenticity. We have since worked with with the client to complete subsequent phases of this multi-phase restoration project.
