Administrative & Marketing Coordinator
Olivia’s passion for marketing began early and continued to grow during her years attending school on the North Shore, ultimately leading her to earn a degree in Business Marketing. After graduation, she obtained her Real Estate License and joined a national home builder, where she combined her sales expertise with hands-on marketing experience in the Massachusetts division. Working closely with both clients and the marketing team, Olivia found it deeply rewarding to help homeowners bring their dream homes to life. Her role also involved collaborating with the construction team, giving her valuable insight into the building process - knowledge she used to better support and guide her clients.
In the fall of 2021, Olivia joined the Thorson Team as Project Coordinator—a role that aligned perfectly with her background and strengths. Her natural ability to maintain an organized, welcoming environment and her dedication to supporting clients made her a key member of the team. Whether helping clients make selections for their home, checking in on project progress, or assisting with new inquiries, Olivia is known for her reliability, efficiency, and care. Clients often describe her as attentive, approachable, and always ready to help—qualities that ensure they feel confident and well-supported throughout their project.
After spending time at home with her first child, Olivia returned to Thorson in 2025 in a new role as Administrative & Marketing Coordinator. Now working part-time, she focuses on driving company marketing efforts while continuing to support internal office operations and client communications as needed.
Outside the office, Olivia enjoys spending time with her growing family, embracing the joys of motherhood, and staying connected with friends and loved ones!
