Office Administrator, Marketing Coordinator -Since 2021
Olivia’s interest in Marketing started at a young age but grew as she went through school on the North Shore resulting in a Business Marketing Degree. Soon after, she worked towards obtaining her Real Estate License and applied this knowledge towards a sales position with a National Home Builder. All while being apart of the sales team, she assisted the Marketing department for the Massachusetts division. Seeing marketing strategies come to life while working closely with homeowners create their forever home was very rewarding to her. Being a liaison to construction also broadened her knowledge of the construction process and was very beneficial to her clients through the sales journey.
Along the way, an opportunity to be a part of the leasing team for a brand-new apartment home complex on the south shore became available to her. Olivia was able to put forth her knowledge in sales and marketing to ensure this community reached its goals all while creating relationships along the way.
Assisting clients and maintaining an office space is something that comes naturally to Olivia. When offered the opportunity to be apart of the Thorson Team as the new Office Administrator/Marketing Coordinator, Olivia could not think of a better fit and path for her career.

During time spent out of the office, Olivia is one to travel and make the most of time with family & friends. Creating new recipes to share and hosting family means a lot to her. When summer days approach you can be sure to find her on the beach and creating artwork through sea glass treasures collected.
